We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 5-year guarantee against defects on qualifying products and a 60-day try-at-home window for fit and comfort. If a factory defect shows up under normal use, we’ll repair or replace.
Orders leave our warehouses after extensive inspection in about 2 business days. Transit time depends on your location and carrier. You’ll get tracking by email as soon as it’s moving. Usually it takes 5-8 business days to arrive.
