1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from one of our partnering fulfillment facilities. Your order will be dispatched from the location that has your item in stock and offers the fastest delivery route.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications.
If you wish to cancel, please accept delivery when the order arrives and then request a refund through our support team. Once the order is returned to us, you will receive a full refund.
3. Delivery Times
- United States: 4–8 business days, depending on stock availability and carrier volume.
- Europe & Rest of the World: 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing times.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- US & Canada: Free standard shipping.
- International: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
5. Upon Receipt of Your Order
We strongly advise you to:
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- If the parcel is damaged or incomplete:
1. Accept delivery or sign the receipt as “Damaged”.

6. Lost or Missing Orders
All orders include tracking information. Please allow 3–4 business days for tracking details to update once your order ships.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
If the carrier confirms that the order was lost in transit, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement (subject to product availability).
7. Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- International customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their local authorities.
- If an order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, refusal of delivery), we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
